Parking: Windsor Parkade is the closest to the event and will cost $5.50 for the day.

First Aid: Provided by the University of Alberta First Aid Responders.
Lost Child Service & Lost and Found: See Check-in/ Info Desk.
Stroller Parking: The west side of CCIS (underneath the planets display) will have an area to park strollers. Please be advised that this is an unmonitored area.
Elevator & Wheelchair Access: Elevators are found on the east and west side of CCIS.
Check in / Info Desk: For general questions, administrative volunteers will be at clearly marked front desks located throughout building entrances.
Helpers: Volunteers will be placed throughout the building to help direct you to washrooms, lecture halls, and demonstrations.
Food options: Science FUNdamentals will be holding an annual bake sale of the Periodic Table of Cupcakes and other tasty scientific treats—the Science of Popcorn and the Science of Cotton Candy. Beverages will be available for purchase (only cash will be accepted). All proceeds from the concession will help fund the next Science FUNday as well as Science Fundamentals' regular classroom programming.
For more food options, Starbucks in Cameron Library just off of the Central Academic Building (CAB) will be open. Tim Hortons and Panda Express in CAB will be open as well. There are also a few restaurants (e.g. Subway, Edo Japan, etc) located in the Students’ Union Building (SUB), which is a 3-4 minute walk south of CCIS. Volunteers will be happy to direct you.
Photography: Please be advised that there will be photography throughout the day. By attending the event, guests are agreeing to have their photographs taken. Please inform the photographer if you do not wish to have your photographs taken for promotional purposes. Photos will be posted on the Science FUNdamentals website following the event.
