Hi everyone! My name is Jeannie and I’m currently in my fourth year of Kinesiology, majoring in Motor and Psychosocial Aspects of Movement. I am thrilled to be returning back to Science Fundamentals as one of the Presidents this year. Throughout the four years in SciFun I have had the privilege to watch the club foster old and new connections, establish FUNday and enhance science education to kids across Calgary in a FUN way! In my free time, you can catch me at the courts playing pickleball or floating down the river on my paddleboard. I’m looking forward to growing SciFun with everyone on board! Science Fundamentals (SciFUN) is an exciting club at the University of Calgary, and I’m thrilled to be part of it! Kicking off this year, I’m currently in my fourth year studying Biological Sciences. I have the privilege of serving as the President of SciFUN this year alongside Jeannie. Beyond academics, I work as a Swim Instructor for the City of Calgary. Teaching kids about the wonders of science has always been a passion of mine. Over the past few years, I’ve developed a deep love for sharing knowledge with younger generations. I am currently in my fourth year studying Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology at the University of Calgary. Learning through hands-on experiences and engaging demonstrations is what makes SciFUN so exciting. Enjoying activities like hiking and baking in my free time helps balance my studies and leadership roles. Hi everyone! I’m Judy Luo and I am currently in my second year of Biomedical Sciences! I have the pleasure of being one of the External Directors for SciFUN this year.
