Hello! My name is Gabrielle and I am currently in my fourth year at the University of Calgary studying Biochemistry. I love having the opportunity to share my passion for science and spark curiosity in the next generation of scientists! This will be my fourth year with Science FUNdamentals, having started as a volunteer in my first year of undergrad. I have had the privilege of seeing this club grow and I am thrilled to be returning to the executive team this year as President. Hi! I’m Judy Luo and I am currently in my third year of Biomedical Sciences. I stumbled into Science FUNdamentals as a volunteer in my first year and working behind the scenes to foster the next generation of scientists is why I stay! Hello! My name is Balroop, and I am a 4th year student in the Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology program. I am very excited to be one of the SciFUN external directors this year! I am very passionate about providing access for Calgary youth to enjoyable and interactive science demos, as when I was a kid, my favourite part about science class was seeing scientific concepts showcased in front of my own eyes through demos. Hi Everyone! My name is Lamlak, and I am currently in my fourth year of Kinesiology here at UofC! I am beyond excited to be returning to the amazing SciFUN team as a Volunteer Director this year. Hello everyone! My name is Logan, a second-year Zoology student here at the University of Calgary. I am very excited to be one of this year's Activities Co-Directors with Science FUNdamentals! I have always loved learning new things and being curious about the world around us, which is why I am passionate about making science accessible and easy to learn, and there is no better way to do that than working with the talented SciFUN team to create fun activities for young students!! Hey everybody! My name is Vaani Yadav, and I’ll be starting my fourth year of Biological Anthropology this fall. Hey! My name is Juan, and I’m currently in my fourth year of Biochem. In my free time I enjoy mountain biking, skiing, tutoring math, and taking on random art projects. As Finance Director of SciFUN Calgary I will be overseeing the club’s budgeting and funding to maintain SciFUN’s financial goals whilst optimizing fun per dollar.
