1. Contact UofA Photography Club:
2. Ask FUNday planning commitee members if they would like to do photography or know anyone who would be interested.
3. Ask for videos and photos of the event.
4. Aim for 3+ volunteers.
5. Make sure you have the names + contact info of photographers so you are able to follow-up and receive the files.
6. Asking them to use Dropbox/Google Drive to transfer everything works well!
